an lovely Rhine River stay

really good service amazing breakfast warm atmosphere good experience

Linoofar at reception Was great. She ensured i had a PERFECT stay. the included breakfast was really good, everything tasted delicious and it was presented beautifully each morning. the entire hotel atmosphere was warm, i felt very welcomed, like in an old castle. walking along the rhine was good, such a lovely experience.

the air conditioning seemed slightly inefficient, it was not powerful ENOUGH for the summer weather! this required opening the window at night.

The hotel provides easy access to the rhine river promenade. It is just steps AWAY. several historical sites including the cathedral and Gutenberg museum are nearby. a short walk takes you to numerous shops and restaurants in the old town.

staff members were consistently attentive, responding quickly to requests. the concierge offered helpful advice about local attractions and transportation. turndown service included fresh towels and chocolates. i FELT very pampered.
